To sign in to your Account, enter the email address and password you used to join. If you were not asked to add a password to your account when you joined, you should have received an email with instructions on how to create a password.
Passwords
Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including a letter and a number or special character. To set your password or create a new password, go to Reset My Password and enter the email address you used to join.
You can update the email address and password you use to sign in to your account in your Account Settings.
Note: You must be signed in to your account with your current email address and password to make changes.
Adding your address
A mailing address is required for payments of all types, including PayPal. Please make sure to change or update your address when you move to ensure timely and accurate delivery of your payments.

To update your email preferences, go to Email Subscriptions within your Account. Turn the off the toggle to unsubscribe from Rakuten marketing emails.
It may take up to 4 days for you to stop receiving Rakuten emails. You’ll still get important emails about your Cash Back and shopping activity, like order confirmations and Cash Back payment alerts.
In your Account, Wallet is your virtual credit card holder. When you earn Cash Back on in-store and dining offers or buy a gift card in the Rakuten Gift Card Shop, your credit card information is stored in Wallet. All credit card information is securely stored in accordance with industry standards.

What is Rakuten Autofill?
Rakuten Autofill makes it easier and faster to check out. With one tap, Rakuten Autofill will use your saved info to fill in the entire checkout form.
How does Rakuten Autofill work?
After a purchase you’ll be asked to save your info to Rakuten Autofill. Once saved, the next time you check out at any store, Rakuten Autofill will display your saved info. You’ll have the option to use the info as shown or make edits. To finish using Rakuten Autofill, tap “Use Autofill” and your checkout form will automatically fill in with your preferred info.
How does Rakuten Autofill keep my data secure?
Your saved info for Rakuten Autofill is encrypted. To learn more about our data privacy and security practices, please review our Privacy Policy.
How do I manage my saved info?
In our App, view saved info by going to My Account > Autofill Profile. There, you can add or edit addresses, credit cards, emails and any other additional info that you’d like to use with Rakuten Autofill.
Add your Favorite Stores to get easy access to the places you love to shop. You can add a Favorite on the store page. Search for the store on rakuten.com and click on the name in the results. Look for the heart icon near the logo to add that store to your Favorites.
Want to remove a Favorite Store? Head to Favorite Stores in your Account.
If you're having an issue, you can always contact us and we'd be happy to help! Otherwise, if you'd like to delete your Rakuten account, follow these steps.
Go to Privacy Preferences in your Account. For security reasons, you may be asked to log in again.
Select Delete my account. Once you confirm you want to delete your account, you will be removed from Rakuten. Deleting your account can't be undone.
